If your 90 GXL is stock then it doesn't have LSD. You can't remove that anyway. Maybe you're confusing it with something else?

A 90 GXL doesn't have limited slip. Have you checked to see if you have it?

Jack up the back of the car with it in neautral and release the parking brake. If both wheels spin in the same direction then you have LSD.

Rev it up and drop the clutch, then check the marks.

I wouldn't pop the clutch in reverse, generally reverse is not a strong gear.

vosko 12-19-2001 08:50 PM

umm seee. i checked my car wheels spin opposite directions but when i drop clutch at like 8000 i get two 25ft strips. i'm open to ideas as to how this is happening !
