Hell yeah, got her outta limp mode. goodbye hankook tires. Took her sliding, and made one of my drift buddys whos got 3 240s (2 s13s 1 s14 jealous as hell. Keeps trying to get me to let him drive her.

took 4 new sparkplugs, a fuel filter, and cleaning the MOP connector to get my codes to go away. Still have an occasional code 27 from the shitty MOP wiring from the MOP to the top of the engine. Where can you get the connectors for the MOP wiring? I'm thinking of just soldering in some new wire and using new connectors (one of the plastic clips broke, and I've got corrosion on the terminals in the lower connector that plugs into the MOP)

Glad to hear you got it running! How do you "slide" a vert? When mine was running completely stock, it felt quite under-powered.

It's not all about power, you can do it by just braking in a tight fast corner if your brake bias is far enough forward. Then it's a matter of balancing the brake vs the gas bedal to keep it going the way you want.

Just a little throttle play and she gets sideways. Hard part is keeping her from spinning out XD.

On another note, anyone know where I can get a replacement connector to plug into the MOP. Mine is damaged, and the terminals in the connector are bent down with mild corrosion. Another thing that would be helpful is how to disassemble the connector.

Could you cut the wires and crimp on some spade disconnects? Or would that not work?

I know most gm's you can work the pins out of the connector with a dental pic as long as they aren't melted into it or corroded too badly. It's not easy though and very time consuming. Carquest has new female pins of various assortments. Work a pin out and see if they have the same type
