A little help please.
 

I am installing a Greddy FMIC and the instructions I received are only a drawing with Japanese notes. I can not figure out why the right mount is bent upwards and what it is suppose to attach to. Also there are a few extra unknown pieces. Does anyone have actual instructions? Thanks for the help.
