i have a big problem with the wiring on my lighting...
1st: my illum fuse (15a) keeps blowing, causing me not to have any tail lights, gauge lights, and city lights... and now i can't put any fuse in there with out it blowing as soon as the fuse touches the socket. i think there is either a short somewhere or a ground problem... 2nd: now, my blinkers do not work at all, it's not the bulb or the fuse (15a), both are good... also i have no front blinkers so when my blinkers did work, they were like the ricer blinkers (all fast)... but i don't think that was the reason for my blinkers to quit; i think it has something to do with the wiring... all this i think there is a problem in between the fuse box and my headlight switch or blinker switch... also before my blinkers quit, sometimes the right blinker would stay on, and when i clicked it over to the right, then my clock would blink instead of the light (which just stayed on); this happened off and on for a bit... can someone help me out or give me some kind of advice... thanks right now i'm going thru the electrical schematics with a multimeter to find any shorts or breaks in the wires.. |
the main lights, i dont know.
as for blinkers, you might be out of blinker fluid. you can buy some good synthetic blinker fluid here: http://www.kalecoauto.com/fluids.htm |
