Just spent a bit over $300 for a front mount setup

All this stuff is for my 87 TurboII. I have aquired an aluminum flat hood i like, didnt like the scoop hood. That is my reason for going fmic.
First started off with the Greddy Compression Tube ($89), than got the 2" to 2.5" silicon 90* from the turbo to the pipe going to the intercooler($30). The intercooler auction came with a 2.5" pipe kit (universal $160) and a RFL BOV with weld in flange kit for ($40)
Out of all this crap I know I will have problems with the BOV(spring mods needed), I installed this same setup on a friends rx-7 and it works well, drops the manifold temprature about 7*C from the tmic.
If anyone here was thinking about doing the same thing expect some extra work installing it and plan on welding some stuff. For all my seam welds from pipe to pipe i'll take it to a shop with a tig welder and have an expert to weld it for me. I'll post pix of my install when the junk arives.
Remember all accept the Greddy Compression Tube is nameless junk, you get what you pay for, I have had good luck with this crap so i'm comfortable with using it on my car, but if you want the name brand stuff that fits how it should there is no substitution than the real thing.
