Does anybody have a write up and/or pictures of the install or finished harness after the resistor have been installes close to the connector. I searched and Dragon said he had a PFC write up that covered this but i couldnt find it. Anybody?

I have a JDM S5 which has high impedince injectors in it, and the S4 harness im using is low impedince, so can i just switch the injectors or do i have to use high with the S5 and modify the wiring?

So you are puting a S5 engine in to a S4 car? Or using a S4 harness on a S5 car?

You can swap the injectors, but you have to cut the little tab on them. The low impedance injectors have a tab in the center, while the high impedance have them off center.

Yes, JDM S5 going into a S4 car, im using the S4 harness on the S5 engine. My question was if the S4 harness im using is low impedince, and the longblock uses high impedince can i just replace the high impedince injectors with low impedince, or should i modify the harness to take high impedince and use the injectirs that are in it? I changed the TB/TPS, took out the first butterflies, and removed oil injection, im going rack and pinion, no a/c or heat. This thing is no show all go, sideways that is.

Just put the S4 injectors on the S5 engine and you should be fine.

I'm pretty sure you can put S4 inj. in the S5 harness ..but you can't go the other way....

This is a really good source to figure things out

Its all outlined in the link I provided earlier. Here is another link that explains it.
