sounds like it. Do a compression check to verify
pull the plugs and listen for whooshes....
man that sucks, sounds like it did blow, what yr/model 7?
86 na any one got a any help for me
how many miles. did you pull the spark plugs and crank it to see if you can hear compression whooshes from the engine ?
not yet could it be some thing else?
fuel pump maybe ?
shitty idle and no power,
that pretty much equals blown engine, unfortunately As everybody else suggested, do a compression test first, then you'll know exactly where you're at hugues - |
well its possilbe it could be a vacuum leak, but check the motor first
mike |
its got 128,000 miles on it and ran really strong never even smoked
well, that's (relatively) good news
now the fun begins get the factory service manual FSM (section fuel and emissions) at www.fc3s.org under how-to's->manuals (get 88) and go for the troubleshooting parts for no power and bad idle it could be so many things you may have an error code from the ECU (use the 2 led setup described somewhere to retrieve codes if any). hugues - |
will a chiltons book help any?
the FSM is best (free to download, as described above)
HAYNES is probably second best then, you have CHILTON hugues - |
at least theres compression.
clutch?.......poof....any smoke at alll....where you beating on it?
good clutch no smoke was driving as normal i need help
i guess no one can help
So u did the compression on each rotor face right? You got 3 reading for each rotor?
dont know exact reading but theres compression on all rotor faces ... what the hell could it be?
