rx7machine 02-28-2003 05:09 PM

Yea, if it has only 9,200 miles on it.. for $3,500... great deal man. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif and if it has 92K miles, that isn't too awfully bad for the price. Good luck with it man. Treat her right. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

TurboSmoke 02-28-2003 06:52 PM

ME VANT A T2 NOW S5

datboyjoe08 03-01-2003 04:23 AM

naw...man no bullshit...9200 miles as in 9 thousand 2 hundred miles.....sorry cant post any pics....only because...the mods on the body me and my friend put together is really really original......people would start to bite....its on the low low right now...um it has a blitz blow off. the horsepower its maintaining right now is more than enough for me to start drifting in.....and its a swapped motor..not rebuilt....my target for projects on it would be mainly the suspension... thats most important for that type of scene.......mods on it right now..it has a jdm front end.umm has a kit and all..projector head lights(customized from original pop up head lamps)....stock motor with blitz blow off, upgraded dual exhaust, and thats bout it......not bad for a fc with that type of good condition.......

datboyjoe08 03-01-2003 04:25 AM

thanks for the support and welcoming me to the rx-7 family of rotary power...... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif thanks peace

I can hardly understand a word your saying?

You lost me after "sorry cant post any pics"

Did you actually buy this car or you are trying to buy the car?

djgiantrobot 03-01-2003 06:41 PM

uh oh, you said "drift" "scene" "bite"

trust that there is nothing that you have done to the body of this car that has not already been done. If you are actually planning on drifting this car, try not to spent any more money on body mods, as its going to get pretty torn up in a hurry.

wptrx7 03-02-2003 10:48 AM

take a pic of the odo, no one will "bite" that off you.

CrazyAssRX7 03-04-2003 11:22 PM

rx7machine 03-04-2003 11:27 PM

Only 9,200 miles.. damn.. a classic.

datboyjoe08 03-04-2003 11:44 PM

umm i put it on.......quite some money....haha ay does anyone know the actual redline for a turbo II. i had a tach but i took it off. it was pretty distracting.. and the redline on the stock gauge starts at 7000.. and i heard it redlines at 8000 but thats where it stops....can anyone tell me???? thanks

Pyrrian 03-04-2003 11:57 PM

If you're going to learn to drift, you're right in upgrading the suspension. It already has a pretty good one, but it'll be safer if you make it better. Also, buy cheap tires. Knew I guy who went through a set of tires in a week drifting, you don't want to be out too much. Have you done much drifting before? (anyone wanting a basic explanation of drifting can go here: <http://www.dragonswordmotorsports.com/Drift/LearnHowtoDrift.html>) Make sure to be careful and give yourself some room when you start, that same guy who went through the tires in a week also drifted right into a bus stop and totalled his car, luckily he was alright. If you don't have a local race track, just use a vacant parking lot - it'll at least keep you semi-safe. Anyways, good luck and congrats on the car. Stay safe.

Hey, datboy, are you also on club4ag? https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683561.gif

Leetheslacker 05-01-2003 08:47 PM

Took the tach off cause it was distracting?
