so i bought a fc 88 from this guy he brought it from California an i just found out that i have to have the 2 previous owner to register my car in Illinois any ideas as wat i could do :( maybe some one can help me find the owner of the fc his name is Alejandro Sanchez he lived in bell california 90201 the car was sold wit 112 998 miles to a guy named jovan Santamaria he lived in 90280 the car was sold in 12/03/08 any ideas thanx :(

Have whoever sold you the car write you a bill of sale. Or you write and have him write his DL his DOB his signature get a copy of his id and take that to an auto tag agency. Apply for a transfer and replacement title. as long as there are no liens on the car you should be fine. He might have to go with you.,
