hi guys i got a S4 non-turbo and im wiring in a microtech... the problem is that i threw out the old stock ecu harness and now my stock water temp and oil pressure gauge dont work.... looking for some help...

I looked on the stock wiring diagrams and see that the water temp wire is yellow/white and but i cant seem to find a yellow/white on the dashj harness near the ecu... does it change colors? and regarding the oil pressure gauge i noticed its a yellow/red wire on the alternator harness but when i connected it to teh sending unit it doesnt seem to work and now the oil pressure gauge needle seems to be "falling"down in the cluster :( anyone have any tips?
