I went to a local speed shop to get a inverted flared metric adapter to AN 4 and no luck. They looked thru their catalogs of earl's, russel, and auroequip and nothing.
Where can I find this thing. I'm try to put my turbo on and this is the last thing tha's holding me up. I have a line with male an ends and the side goign to the stock oil line from the block is the problem. Why don't you weld a -4 male steel bung to the stock pipe? I have the adapter you need, but only 1(for my car). I got it from a place called Moreland Hose on Long Island.

C[/quote] Yes, a -4 line with an adapter connected to the stock line. They're closed right now, but I can try to find the number later on. I'll probably be in that neighborhood in a few days. If you'd like I can bring mine there and have them give me an extra. Then we'll work something out. |

A short fix i can do is take the stock line from teh stock turbo and carefully bend it to the new turbo. it has the same flange and bold pattern

The guy that I bought the turbo from found his old oil line from the block with the adapters on. It is actually 2 adapters going from metric to AN then to the correct size of 4AN. I'm just going to loose my appt. oh well.
I wonder if the plumbing store have anythin for this? hmm |
