Does anyone know if there is a company that makes kits to convert the stock T2 headlights to H4 or any other type? I don't find the sealed bulb type headlights bright enough for me. Thanks

Check out http://www.victoriabritish.com and http://www.summitracing.com . I think that they sell the Hella conversion.

Thanks for the help guys. I was looking more towards a direct replacement H4 kit in place of the sealed beam headlights. I couldn't seem to find it on summit racing for the 2nd Gen Rx7 specifically. I know Mariah Motorsports sells a H4 conversion kit for the 1st Gen Rx7, but they didn't mention anything for the 2nd Gen. If you guys find out more about it please let me know. Thanks

THe 2nd gen RX-7's use a standard headlight size. You just need the housings and bulbs.

Contact dave at fc3s.org...he did the conversion on his vert...

...on a dif topic, will the first gens headlights fit into the second gen? I prefer the round headlight opposed to the squared 2nd gen ones...I can make new surround peices if necessary..

I put a headlight conversion kit in my car, but all it is a replacement housing that takes the newer style bulbs, like a 9004 or whatever they call them, but I put a superwhite bulb in it, looks alot better then the stock ones, the lights have a very nice look about them, they are crystal clear, and it cost me under $160 if I remember correctly. Greatly helped driving at night as well. Maybe Ill take a photo and post it.

I did the same thing. I got mine off of ebay for $70 and they are DOT legal. They look great at night

Hey Rob x-7, where did you get the kit from? Did the kit come with the bulbs or did you get them seperately? When you get pictures, please post them. Thanks

90N/A Rex, do you know the company that was selling the kits? If yes, please let me know. Thanks

I have no idea what company makes the kit. I bought it from that guy on ebay and it was fairly cheap ($70). It came with Wagner Hyper White bulbs which are bright as hell. It also came with the two little blue marker lights for looks. Haven't hooked them up yet. It is a sweet setup and makes the lights look real nice. Heres the pic but it is hard to tell. I will try to get a better shot tommorrow.
