Are there any headers that will bolt to the factory cat? I've seen header/cat combos on mazdatrix but they don't sell the cat anymore. I'm not looking for anything extreme, just an easy install and a fitting for the O2 sensor.

idk about the o2 sensor spot but it bolts to the stock cat http://www.corksport.com/corksport-p...r-for-rx7.html

Cool. I've been seeing the corksport header a lot for pretty cheap. Do you know if it's a direct fit?

Direct fit to the engine yes, at least on my 89, I never had a cat on mine though so i can't comment there.

Hey there's also OBX. Headers that are good. They still have a o2 sensor on them. Ebay 175.00 buck their also stainless steel. I not to sure about the s5 but on the s4(86-88) it will hook up to the stock main cat. There are three cats on the s4 rx7 it does away with the two pre cats.

CorkSport built the Power Series header to be a bolt on for the1986-1991 Mazda Rx7. The Rx7 header bolts up to the stock main catalyst or can be used with a stock location Racepipe. The header fits all models of Rx7 including convertibles.

that says yes and that straight from the site

Racing beat has their street header. It bolts straight up and there is an O2.
