I noticed about 4 months ago FC's in my area where few and far between, now I'm seein alot of FCs on the road. I wonder if everyones gonna start gettin rotory madness?

just a thought

75 Repu 02-25-2003 11:35 AM

I noticed alot more rotaries out here by Santa Monica college too.. Mainly fc's and fd's

cymfc3s 02-25-2003 11:35 AM

fc's are going to get really hot when the drift scene starts to get trendy. 89-91's are going to get expensive.

ROTARYROCKET7 02-25-2003 12:23 PM

yeah i want me a s5 t2 am looking to purchase one rightnow. i got a 87 gxl and a 88 se are s4.

1Revvin7 02-25-2003 12:34 PM

there are like 2 in the twin cities here, one is junk the other is mine https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png Fds are rarer than ferraris here.

j9fd3s 02-25-2003 02:17 PM

Seppuku 02-25-2003 02:39 PM

No difference here right now theres still the few theres always been but a while ago i started noticing more and more now its back down to a few

bradley87se 02-25-2003 02:41 PM

I recently got my rotary(late jan. 2003). Been waiting since i was 15. Then the state took my license on feb 5 2003...damn under 18 driving laws. I have a 87 n/a. I dont know what to call it...seems to be a hybrid SE/GXL. No power suspension, but GXL wheels, 4 disc brakes and i think 4 piston calipers. All 2nd gen RX-7s came with LSD? Who ****** knows but i love her. I have not however seen many rx-7 in central VA...mostly riced out honda and domestics. A few first gens but nothin big. Only seen a few 3rd gens...mostly around Peter Ferrels Shop and this one kid who bought one because he saw it on Fast and Furious...a month or two later he sould it because he couldnt maintain it heh.

spman51 02-25-2003 06:05 PM

So far I have only seen 3 rx-7's in Quincy, IL. One is a white fc, a red 1st gen and my gold fc https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png but mine is broke https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.png

winger 02-25-2003 06:23 PM

hmmm i saw 4 in a 60k people city

90 red t2

burgundy 88ish na

89 blue na

86 silver na (mine)

rotaries arent popular here in quebec cuz of the snow and lack of competent mechanics

Leetheslacker 02-25-2003 06:25 PM

I've seen two in Oh, hi ho. A black NA with dentage above the left rear wheel and a red vert...

wptrx7 02-25-2003 06:29 PM

yep and i want a s5 t2. willing to give up my fd for one.

Erik 02-25-2003 06:58 PM

I own the only Fc's within at least a 25 mile radius https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/tongue.png

RotaryRocket219 02-25-2003 06:59 PM

quite a few in Thurston County, WA (Olympia area)....I'm not suprised to see one a day

Rob x-7 02-25-2003 07:29 PM

I see more FDs in my area then anything.

Then I see the same 2 or 3 verts. Red one, crappy white one, and a black one.

I never see a Turbo II except when I drive past 13b Ace's house.

Apex13B 02-25-2003 07:38 PM

spiney360 03-05-2003 10:55 AM

there are 4 in mount. i own 2 of them and the other and the 3rd one don't move

neofreak 03-05-2003 11:52 AM

There are a lot more riced out FC's in San Francisco.. all NA's, so its ok..

FCmaniac 03-05-2003 12:44 PM

Eastern PA... haven't seen a T2 around here for probably 5 years and I drive all over the area about 30-40 mile radius. Right now I see more 1st gens than FC's and FD's combined actually.

Once I get into Jersey, they start coming out of the woodwork it seems.

mazdaspeed101 03-05-2003 11:20 PM

I really dont see that many fc's or fd's in las vegas, i have only seen a couple t2 too. Albuquerque though I have seen alot

RotaryRocket219 03-05-2003 11:51 PM

hmmm...car pic is tiny...and wont let me attatch motor pic...

rmaiersg 03-05-2003 11:56 PM

There are three FD within 5 miles of my house and there is a clean T2 some where around that I've seen. And recently I saw a T2 drive out of libertyville (town next to mine) high school parking lot. PM me if you read this(the one with the T2 in libertyville). Maybe we could meet up and check out each other's rides. It would b cool to know someone near by that has a T2.

rx7machine 03-06-2003 12:08 AM

I've seen 2-1st gen's- a black one and a white one.. 4-2nd gen's-(mine), a white TII, a white n/a, and this silver looking one (drive by).. 4-3rd gen's-(mine), vr, 2 silvers and remember if they were base, touring, etc. I've prob. seen others but can't remember.. Luckily they're not too common around here.. I hope no one around here gets rotary madness.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.png I'll be pissed. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/dry.png https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

I haven't been into the forum thing long at all.. but I do know the RX7club has way too much BS, not that I probably have any room to talk or anything but still..
