Ok, so my Greddy V-spec fmic will be here next week. Can someone tell me how to install it.. WITHOUT removing or relocating anythig?? What needs to be cut, and what needs to be done.. I could move the battery to one of the rear bins, but thats about the extent of what i wanna move around.. any help is appreciated.. thanks!

you gotta cut

the kit's piping was made for use with the car in all shapes...so its tailored to a stock engine...so you can infact use it with the battery there..

but you will have to cut some sheetmetal out of hte way for the piping its not too bad

Benny 01-21-2004 01:19 PM

from what i understand, the piping will be hitting or touching like, the power steering or some ****..

sidewinderx7 01-21-2004 01:30 PM

just make sure you can cut the holes in the sheet metal. Its not a bolt in :( it will take you the good part of the day.

Benny 01-21-2004 01:40 PM

cutting the sheetmetal should be the easy part.. haha

FrestyleFC3S 01-21-2004 01:47 PM

it might rub the MBC since theyre designed for RHD cars...but well see

i dont have the battery or the PS and AC in the front

teknics 01-21-2004 11:09 PM

i believe you need to remove the whole front bumper and **** to install it properly and reach the places udner the headlights where you need to cut.

it is by no means a quick job. id plan a free day just to be safe and so you dont rush and **** **** up.

Here is a website:

http://www.cabrio7.org/mods/ic/

You will need to modify pipe 5 going to the throttle body. It will hit the master cylinder.
