i got my front clip today. pretty sick opening a box and theres half a car there...lol

but it cam with some goodies. the best thing by far is the one piece Cusco struts with camber plates. but i need the matching rears...where could i get just the rears? what about mixing a different brand for the rear???

then some strut bars and some other things...front clips are the ****. you always get suprises. but it sucks when you only get half a suspension. how the hell would i find the matching rear?

Interesting build

maybe ask the place where you got the clip if the rear suspension is still there?

fc3sboy1 02-26-2009 11:38 PM

every time i get a clip i ask for the drive shaft and rear subframe with shocks n breaks diff ect ect. normaly the importer has no problem shipping the whole thing like that

RicerJ 02-26-2009 11:59 PM

nice stuff now only if you could have just gotten the whole thing without having to pay more for shipping

sen2two 02-27-2009 01:09 AM

as soon as i got the clip and seen this stuff, i called them. they do not have it. the clip was already in the US. i asked if they could get the rest of the stuff, they said no. then i asked if i could contact them. no again. and i didnt expect to get some nice coilsovers with it and didnt think of it...

damn it...

Rob x-7 02-27-2009 07:55 AM

its VERY hard to communicate with them in japan, plus alot of the stuff goes through local auctions, container gets filled and gets shipped.

So in that time frame the rest of the car is god knows where?

you're better off with a decent suspension in the first place... MAYBE keep the camber plates

RONIN FC 02-27-2009 07:15 PM

You may get lucky with the clutch too.
