What's the big deal if it's fake? Does it make it slower?

Because you can tell. Every fake body kit ive seen doesnt fit that well. im not even going to get started about knock-offs however. But, i don't cheap out on this car. I have certain expectations about how i want it to look and feel, and I get what i want by doing whats neccessary. That being, spending the money on quality parts, parts that work with what im trying to ackomplish. honeslty, spending 2k on a bumper is no big deal compared to what ive got in the car.

Its all a matter of what you're planning to do with the car. You don't ask Chip Foose why he chose to put a custom machined steering wheel in a hot rod instead of get a pre-fabbed one. Its all about the style baby. Not all about go....

yup 2k will be a drop in the bucket for me as well when my project is done.. already at 9k..but I'm doing the entire thing...with a 13b-re swap. I was hoping for a large tax ret this year so I could get some good ****...but no...******* capitol gains tax...
