I want to produce more power from my car. So...I figured going turbo would be the best thing to do. But, I'm not exactly sure of what I should get. Those turbonetcis turbos sound good. But, I haven't seen any turbo kits for them. And I'm sure buying a kit would prob. be much cheaper. And, which type of turbonetic turbos would you all recommend? One w/ the ceramic ball bearings? or what? please help... and also, what are some other products that can help jack up some power? thanks

You will basically need a TII drivetrain. Including the ECU. If you dont get a TII ECU, you will need a standalone. You may be able to get away with not swapping the rear end for a TII rear, but you will need a custom made driveshaft. If your not mecanically inclined and sure of yourself be cautious as your car may never run again once you start this project

Your doing a motor swap right? Your not trying to find a turbo kit for the NAs correct? If you are doing the swap, you'll need the T2 tranny, driveline, rear end(unless custom made driveshaft is used, but if your SE then get the rear end for the LSD advantage), wiring harness, pressure sensor, and thats all I can think of really...my conversion is just about completed, I mean I already converted it, drove it, but now I'm onto a better motor..mmm STREETPORT https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

ok, here is what you need to do man. Buy a Turbo 2 and keep your N/A. If you want a turbo, then buy a turbo RX-7, and when the TII is broken down drive the n/a. I bet almost everyone on this fourm will vouch for the fact if you want turbo, then buy a TII. You can get a pretty slick TII for a little over the cost of a larger turbo kit. I wish I had kept one of my n/a's for when my TII is being worked on(wich is quite often). Or get a good running wrecked or rusted TII and steal the parts off of it, including the engine. Also if you were wondering, it's not worth putting a turbo on your n/a engine, you will run into too many problems (I looked into doing it myself then bought a TII). I hope you get it all figured out. Keep in mind there are some cool things you can do to n/a's you don't always have to have turbo to be fast!!! Good luck! :bigthumg:

If you can even find a TII. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/violin.gif

What are some other ways to add power to my n/a?, if I don't go turbo..

thanks
