JIC FLT A2... if in budget i would get k2rd coilovers

energy suspension master bushings

for computer i would get autronic SM2 or their SMC which is a little bit cheaper.

jic is cheap taiwanese junk. get k2rd it will work with the shocks you already have, and you have a choice of spring rates. just ask for what they use on the race car. the ecu is up to you, what ever you feel comfortable with, anything will run the 2 rotor. the haltech is nice cause you can use all the stock sensors and ignition.

ah... the JIC debate... i remember reading that thread in the suspension forum.

I'm not sure what to say about JIC, several enthusists (which i consider to be on the same level or slightly higher then me think they are nice or are using them) then there are experts like RETED and you J9fd3s that think its crap... so i'm not sure what to say.

But K2RD isn't selling coilovers anymore... i tried calling them... yesturday (Friday march 9) and all i got was answering machine... mind you its was 4 in afternoon for them since i'm on the east coast. Also their webpage doesn't list any coilovers anymore.. it lists nothing for the FC ("under construction") great.

But with the price diff between k2rd and JIC i would have saved enough to pay for 50% for new rims.

well the jic stuff will work, its just a spring and a damper. if you get the right rates it should be fine. i like the k2rd stuff cause i can use regular eibach springs, and inexpensive off the shelf shocks. they do still sell them, paul is redoing the webpage. we talked about this last night, if you need to get ahold of him pm me i have the secret phone number.

not to sound like a broken record but k2rd just did an autronic ae86 turbo for a drift event. ive looked at the autronic, it very nice except it doesnt do the leading and trailing split, which you dont really need anyways

Yes totally !

On a two rotor you can even run split timing if you wish on the SM2 unit, lots of features, very accurate for a reasonable price........... may not be "the best" but for the money and it's track record you will be hard pressed to find anything that will match up to it.

If you jump on the forum, feel free to ask any questions, there are many dealers there that can answer specific issues you may have regarding features and install requirements.
