Howdy all! This is more of a hello to everyone here than anything else, my apologies if i wasted your time. I will pay it back in full at a later date. Anyways, as you can tell I'm the newb around here. Not too long ago, I bought a white 87 that has 98K mi on it, but everything is in pretty much ship shape condition. The paint is still glossy even. I don't have pics right now, but I'll vbe sure to post em when I get em. But I do have a few questions for you guys. What should I keep an eye out for? I know that I need to keep constant attention to the coolant and oil, and run 87 octane in it since its an N/A. Thanks!

Just keep it clean and enjoy.. The Oil should be changed every 3k, after every 1000 miles you will need to add more oil.. but it would just be good to check it every week, just incase..



Therre are a few more things that can be done to it, check the second gen FAQ's section.. Lots of good stuff there..

congrats, do a tune up first and make sure u know for a fact that everything is new. new oil, filter, plugs, etc. than go frrom there

Also, do a very thru and thru cleaning of the engine bay, whist cleaning you can inspect every part and line for leaks and cracks. And it'll look all nice and shiny under the hood too!
