[attachment=41063:attachment]The begining problem was that, when i turned my key the car would not start or even try, nothing was getting power (light, radio, etc.)



so after over looking it several times i noticed the 80A fuse in the main fuse box was blown, trying to get it off it crushed (broke into pieces). it looks like it takes a different style fuse than the others or it is (not replaceable).



i have one of the stores order the "right fuse" still dosent fit so i temporarily wired it in to see if that fixed all my problems, and i got power but when i try to turn it over evrything dies down i think it could be to small gauge wire,



but has any one had to deal with this before?

take the covers off the side of the fuse box, you have to unbolt that fuse.



also remove the negative battery from the terminal before you try removing that fuse as it is always full power.



then bolt in the new one.

yeah, i think alot of FC owners have done that mistake...you would never guess, but I suppose it is like that since it has to be grounded? never looked into it further than that.

no, you ground that fuse you blow it.



its a thicker wire, you cant fit it into the small hole for a regular fuse, so they bolt it on.

It's most 90's - 2000ish japanese makes. The 80amp and 100 amp are usually bolted and I've seen Toyota people moosh them up, too. Some cars are hard to get at and I have seen folks mess up expensive fuse blocks... unhappy people by the time they get to my counter! This is one case where, "don't use force, get a bigger hammer" is an expensive plan.
