My blower for my heater and air conditioning stopped working and i want to check the fuse for it, however i am missing the cover to the fuse box under the dash. Could someone tell me which one it is by useing like a grid method of 2 up and 1 over or however. Thanks

top left, it doesnt look like a typical fuse (clear red or blue etc.) thats why you didnt see it. its a 30 amper though, its thick and black. good luck man.
ps pulled every fuse in my box for this one. seems to be the only one that shuts off the heater. well this and the meter fuse, but you'd know if it was that one. |
IIRC, the A/C fuse is actually a breaker that you can reset, because they suck up so much power. Reset it (It should be in the owner's manual if you're THAT thick) and see if it works.

Yeah, i figured that out but it keeps tripping so i will have to do some further inspection eventually. For now i guess i will just drive the truck in the cold. |
Here's a trick, if you really wanna drive the 7. Take it off recirculate and just move the temp slider where you want it. Air will still flow in when you're driving. Because my blower fan only works on high, this is what I do, and it's quite comfortable and perfectly toasty.
