you can get dual alternater pulleys at rotary inovations site there is a link at the bottom of the page they cost 20.00 and are good quality im using one on my car. If you got rid of the airpump why would you still have cats?

if I swap to the "test Pipe" i will loose the backpressure to work the ports properly.... I think...

Putting on a test pipe will remove the connection for the pipe that opens the ports, so you won't have any way to check the backpressure, therefore they won't open. You could always do a 5 minute mod and zip-tie the ports open. You lose a tiny bit of torque, but I think it's worth it to get ride of the cats.

Well you cant run cats without the air pump they'll just clogg up. So you need to put the air pump back on or remove the cats. Theres a few ways to get around the aux. ports problem to.

YOu can keep the air pump and use the out put of the air pump to open the six ports with a side hose and valve, like the s5 have, kind of.

What If I torch the cat to gut it and keep the ACV to converter line intact would that be an alternitive? I am saving $ to get a S5 t2 with a 5 speed but it will be awhile so I didnt really want to mess with rigging the ports open.. also I have an auto so any loss in low end torque wouldnt be worth it lastly how does holding the ports open effect mpg?
