OK heres whats up, my fuel injectors refuse to seat properly and actualy seal even with new o-ring and grommets. the seats look perfectly fine but I cannot get them to seal at all. Any ideas? I got the o-rings and grommets from Mazdatrix.

Anyone want a 10th anny for $5k?

i sorta had the same prob, i have an s5 motor and the fuel rail is steel i actually had to bend it a little, to get a good seal, if you have an s4 motor your fuel rails are cast.

every thing is down tight and new seals are in place properly. The injectors were previously cleaned and flow tested.

Sure you are using the rigth orings? S4 orings are different than S5 orings ebcause the S4 and S5 injectors have different size pintle caps

That could be it, I did notice that the orings wern't as snug as I would have thought they should be.

Yes I have the spacer, I'm not a n00b here guys.

Anyone know the size o-ring I need?, since I dont really feel like paying $2 an oring from Mazdatrix and waiting for them to come in.

And actualy the parts Fiche has the same part number for both series. Well faack...

I had someone suggest using motor oil to soak the rubber in so that it will seal better, guna give that a go while trying uber hard to get them to sit down just so.
