Should I have one? If so, which one is best? Here's a list of the fuel mods I am putting on.

1600cc secondaries

i dunno about the haltec, but the tecII is designed to work using the stock FPR. I don't think its much of an issue unless you are making enough HP that you have to upgrade all the lines to larger diameter anyway

It really depends oh how your AFR are. Do a dyno run with a AFR on and see if the AFR flutuates and your fuel pressure.

I upgraded because my AFR would fluctuate unless i went more richer than 11.00

I haven't thought about it. Is this what you are running? What are the benefits?
