I found a T2 that has been hit in the front and haven't got a chance to go look at it yet. I need some opinions on what could be damaged, how hard it will be to fix, and how much it might cost.

well your going to have to see how bad all the damage is and get more pix but obvious things like the bumper and bumper support and any turn signals/ headlights might need to be replaced then there might be frame damage which your going to have to take it to a body shop and have them straighten it out for you just remember it wont set perfect either after that

forgot to add radiator and oil cooler to the list of stuff you might need to replace

Can't tell from that pic, but if the front wheel was involved, you might need some suspension and steering parts.

I would call that a good parts car, forget fixing it. You can get a nice NA coupe and end up with a great car.

The whole front end of that car has shifted over, it is just not worth the trouble of repairing it.

I would call that some very, very sound advice. Wrecked cars are like onions, the more you peel into it, the more it makes you cry! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/tongue.gif

yea frames bent, best option is to buy and find an NA with a good body and swap it. it looks like it was a nice car though.

it is fixable, however you need to spend time on the frame machine, and it needs lots of expensive stuff like the hood, and radiator support. enough to make it not worth it when you could buy one with a nice body for far less

there is so much "soft" metal parts in there that bend easy and dont bend back to shape, those parts help align the bumper and fender as well as the hood.

the rest of the car looks like it would need paint, so you have a perfect parts car, find a clean NA, which will be cheaper, and swap it all over.
