It might not have to do with the radiator and oil change, have you checked your fuel injectors since you got the car?

Re: flooding problems...AGAIN!!!

The kill switch eliminated the leaking injector problem.
I finally got the car to start up and it blew so much water out so now it's running hot...I'll add more water after the cool-down. Next step is to park it and wait on funds for a monster V-8.
This is the last rotary engine I'll ever deal with !

LOL Hot start issues are about low compression as much as leaking injectors. Also about water getting into the combustion chamber and fouling the plugs the same way too much fuel will. That said, installing a fuel pump kill switch near the drivers seat should be an automatic modification for any RX7 as it is a common weak point as all the hot start threads indicate. Just like oil starvation isn't uncommon for LS1's being tracked. All engines have their unique personalities.

Ok, so buy an worn out piston engine and when it punks out on you will that be the last piston engine you'll ever deal with?

I see a bicycle in your future.

I've been daily driving an RX7 as long as there have been RX7's, and my current daily is a TurboVert. More, I have bought and sole more RX7's than I can remember at the moment. So I've touched lots and lots of 13B's. In all those years and all those wankle engines I've only had an engine fail on me twice. Both for failed water landings. It happens, but honestly not that often if you take care of things. You just inherited someone elses bad taking care of things.
