i dunno if its because the new engine i got has WAY higher compression or what but the car is VERY fast with only 5psi of boost. i plan on leaving the boost low for reliability reasons. it feels just as fast if not faster than when i ran 13.7 @ 100 mph. i 'm not complaining here just curious as to why the car is soo damn fast..... i still need to get my FMIC piping done probably gonna drive to late shift engineering in pa to have chris do the piping

I think its a good engine. I raced my friend tonight with a 3K mile ported engine and a stock turbo. It was even a lot of the time.

Drive to freagin PA to get piping made? Cant you make the piping out of something, then just get a welder to make it for you? I know a good welder, he just welded a oil line that Jim broke, and changed the direction of the outlet on the intercooler that was in Jims car for $55.

Just get some piping from Pep Boys to make a model of what you want. Then you can get some better piping to do it nicely.
