ok installed engine today POPS happened to come outside while i am putting my shiny new RB oil cooler lines. he told me put them on really tight. well i did i cracked the front cover where it goes . YAY YAY YAY. this means i know get to jack up the engine remove the oil pan, remove OMP, remove front eshaft bolt, pop off broken front cover. order new gasket, install front cover my old engine, install main eshaft pulley and nut, reinstall OMP, install oil pan. so much fun. as you can tell i'm very pissed right now. this sets me back atleast a WHOLE day getting the car running...... :(

I always like to keep copper washers and teflon tape handy. You may have noticed that I have quite a few spare copper washers. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

Well that blows the big one my man. But **** happens, and mostly when you least expect it. I think I used a 3/4 deep socket on the front bolt, since I had one lying around. Don't feel bad, I broke off a piece of my brake line tubing on my Jeep and had to buy a double flaring tool and remount the stanking thing. It worked out good, and now I am pretty good at making a double flare.
