I heard about that and I was wondering what had to be done before dropping in the FD engine,is it a good fit?Did anyone on this forum do that or know of someone who has done this?Any info on this subject would be great. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683473.gif

I believe you need custom motor mounts, Jim5543 has done it to his FC. I really don't see the point, other than braggin rights. The fd block may be able to handle more power and have better internals/ports, but you could always have an FC engine built up to meet or exceed an 13b rew.. Seems like a big headache of problems..

S5 FC engine can make almost the same power

if you were gonna try to do something like that. You should look into a cosmo 2 rotor swap. i heard its a lot cheaper then swapping a 13brew and the ports are soo much bigger on a cosmo. My friend had a street ported cosmo in his fc and when he ported it i compared it to my street ported housings.. and wow a really really big difference. My ports looked like stock ports compared the cosmo ports. Ill soon be getting a cosmo after seeing his https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif
