Very nice! I've been looking at your thread at the club from time to time. Care to post that pic of the stock vs. that light shining on the wall?

drunkin_idiot 03-08-2006 11:55 AM

Lights looks sick, im not to sure on the bumper though, sorry.

One320B 03-08-2006 03:34 PM

Nice job man! I've seen some of your stuff floating around in pics you've put up and I give you a lot of credit..you at least put the effort in to get things look'n good.. not sure of the actual quality since I haven't seen it in person, but looks good!

rowtareh 03-08-2006 05:19 PM

LOVE the lights, don't love the bumper though. It looks to much like a 300zx. Good job.

rotary_pwr 03-08-2006 06:03 PM

looks nice https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

the shape of the front bumper kinda reminded me of a bullet or something like that...

dltreezan 03-08-2006 06:27 PM

yeah the car isnt mine. Customer in Chicago. I sell them for $300 a pair in FG. Bomex bumper isnt my favorite but I think the lights look very good especially at the price and you wont find a sleek kit for the car like it.

mazdaspeed7 03-09-2006 09:17 AM

Have things been working out better for you? Havent heard from you in a while.

rx7man629 03-09-2006 10:13 AM

What company makes that kit, i lost the site

kiyoshi 03-09-2006 10:18 AM

Looks nine! Is there a chance that I can see it with stock bumper?

I think Dltreezan makes the kit himself.

dltreezan 03-09-2006 11:59 AM

I make the headlights. Car is from Chicago. Not mine. The bumper is Bomex and you can find it online. I will get pics on a stock car soon.

donhayes 03-09-2006 10:17 PM

that looks good. Is there any noticable difference in brightness at night? Are the bulbs easily replaceable when one burns out?

fc3s4utnv 03-10-2006 06:11 PM

That was my main concern.

fc3s4utnv 03-10-2006 06:15 PM

As well as adjustment? How would you go about that/ Wiring, do you have them prewired to plug right in.

BIG J MIXALOT 03-10-2006 10:15 PM

fancy lights https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

dltreezan 03-11-2006 10:03 AM

because of the lack of space in front of the radiator support it is very hard to fit anything in that space. You can adjust the lights by adjusting the housing and the bulbs are replaceable. As for the wiring it goes right into the stock harness. I talked to the customer with the above car and he said the lighting at night actually beats the hell out of stock. He said it was a big improvement which actually suprised me a bit.

Racer X 03-12-2006 12:02 PM

Is that a kit you designed?Looks great even with the bomex bumper.

dltreezan 03-12-2006 10:38 PM

yes I designed the kit. And mazdaspeed7 I did get that mold polish and buffed it correctly and now my molds look like glass now. Awesome!

4RotorRocket 03-13-2006 11:37 AM

It looks awesome...well done!

Jedi 03-14-2006 08:52 AM

I hated the sleek look until I saw that. Nicely done.

dguy 03-20-2006 02:11 PM

Would you mind taking some pictures of those badboys in daylight? Do you supply all the mounting hardware/tronics as well?

7mech 03-20-2006 10:40 PM

Have you tried installing your kit on a car with the Greddy FMIC? Do any of the pipes interfere with it? Please let me know. I would be very interested in a set if they fit with the FMIC.

They take up less space than the stock lights so i dont see how they would interfere. I will take some more pics when I getthe chance. It is kinda hard because my FC sits in that storage facility and the motor is blown so you can imagine i dont take it out much.

ShadowX 03-27-2006 04:18 AM

I always wondered if you'd ever get around to making these, they look great.

Now I need to get around to finishing mine! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

toplessFC3Sman 03-30-2006 10:52 PM

Those look beautiful, very professional. If i were in the market for sleek lights, id go with them... but personally I like the pop-ups

That's an awesome job on the lights, man. IMHO, they're better for not only a more original cosmetic look & feel, but also for simplicity, in the sense that you won't have to worry about the headlight motor assembly breaking as age has begun to set in on some of these older 7's

jwteknix 04-13-2006 08:06 PM

now do these lights work with stock bumper but how do they look do u have to cu tthe bumper?

dltreezan 04-13-2006 10:35 PM

My sleek light kit there is no cutting the bumper. With the kit above it is an entire kit I am selling, like the RE-A kit-

dude thats awsome and after i get lights with stock bumper will i be easily able to put on an after market bumper

dltreezan 04-14-2006 08:41 PM

For sure man. It will will be even easier if anything. The lights arent really in the way at all and if you need to remove them it only take 5-10 minutes each-

ok guys I have also retrofitted a set with high and low beams so it should be street legal.

BTW the guy in the pic spun out and ripped the bumper off and taped it back on and it still looks good. More pics soon=-

15fingers 07-05-2006 09:54 AM

hows it going? ilove the lights, iactualy order a pair from that canadian company and i waited around for over 3 months so i asked for my money back. but anyway i have a few questions.

how much?

how long would it take to ship them to nj?

and can you also make them with round lights or do they look better with the lights shown in the pictures? thanks for your time.

dltreezan 07-08-2006 02:29 PM

i sell them for 315 a pair and it takes 2-5 weeks for me to make and get them out. And the lights that are in there are the only lights that are possible to fit.

15fingers 07-10-2006 10:00 PM

how much for shipping to nj roughly? and i also have hid's so is it possible that your headlights can accept a hid kit? either way i am very enterested and going to start saving money right away.will contact you soon. thanks for your time.

NotalesS 07-14-2006 02:16 PM
