All things considered, it turned out very well!



Did the paint issues get resolved? It seems a great many body shops are not happy about doing full repaints, they like the paycheck involved, but not the work. Insurance work has spoiled too many good ppl in the business, imo, they get way too much money for small production jobs.



Fc body panels are so damn thin to begin with, it takes weeks of work to try and make the panels flat and then more time to block the base coat flat before the clear. Aluminum hoods are the worst once anyone uses body putty on one there is little chance of it even looking straight and smooth again.

what modifications did you do to get the s6 uim to mate with the s5 lim????? or does it just bolt up? i've heard it requires a spacer between the two to fit?
