I need more info on the missfire

How rough does it run?
Is it better hot or warm?
How do your plug wires look?
Does it run better at idle or reved up?

I would test the leading coil first because that would be easy. Sorry I don't know the values of the top of my head.
If its worse at idle spray wd40 around the intake and places where it might vacuum leak.
I also highly recomend a compression test.

I saw a video on youtube today type "rx7 turbo ll track test" posted by "lovemyrx7se"

It does not stay running unless warmed up its backfires when revs go down I've made sure every plug And wire are correct.

Backfiring like how? A few pops can be normal, lots of unburnt fuel in the exhaust when you let off from high rev.

Not idling is likely a throttle body/TPS adjustment issue.

Any luck? If ur stuck PM me ur number. I need to hear the car and talk to you. There are so many thing it could be.

When did the problem start? Was there work being done to the car?
Check the wiring to your major sensors

Map
Maf
TPS
02
Water temp

Unplug ur trailing coil and try to start it.
If it doesn't start at all could be a problem with ur leading coil
