God damn early 90's molester camaro with some 16 yr old girl in it rear ended my mint 90 GTUs. ****** cracked my exhaust all the way to the engine. ****** molested the bumper........my racing stripe on the bumper is totally fucked.....and all she oculd say is why did you have to make me late for work. Not to mention when her father showed up he got in my face like it was my fault. I told him to back the **** up or i was gonna get assualt when the cops eventually came......I am thinkin new exhaust is needed.......new rear bumper and maybe a whole new paint job if i need a new bumper...............does anyone know if she has to pay for this ****....I mean her insurance company.....the cops showed up and she got a ticket for wreckless driving and she was faulted with the accident.....I live in FL if that matters. Sorry to hear about that man. Yes, in all matters she will pay for it. Regardless of state...there is a minimum safe following distance and in almost every case, the person who rearends somebody ends up being at fault.
