If it is hard to start you may want to inspect the check valve on the back side of the turbo inlet duct(large tube that comes out of backside of stock air box). If I remember correctly it is the second vacum line(lowest one). The way to check is :remove it from the turbo inlet duct and from the vacum line. Once you have done that you need to blow into it. One side should allow air to pass through(with some force), the other side shouldn't. If both sides allow air through it is bad. When finished remember the side that allows air through needs to go to the turbo inlet duct. the other side should go to the vacum line.

You should check the ECU for any trouble codes.

thats kinda wierd usually they are hard to start hot, the first place to look is vacuum leaks. mine had 1 3.5 mm hose off and it would flood everytime hot.

A bad water thermosensor could make the car hard to start cold. It would also run poorly until it warms up.

where is the water thermosensor located
