I think you are vaguely confused, an rx7 has no cylinders, it is a pair of rotors, although losing power could be an indication of a blown engine, especially if it was a sudden loss, coupled with a noticable change in exhuast note, and hard/impossible idling, it could also be however, a vaccuum leak, weak clutch, or any number of other problems, more info is needed, and read about your car, nothing pisses me off more than an "enthusiast" who doesn't know **** about their own car
