I intstalled an audio system in my 88 and wanted to upgrade

to a high out put alternator does anyone know where i can get

one for RX-7 or what kind of alternator I can use?

You can upgrade to an FD alternator.

you can put a GM powermaster in there as well they are 140 amps



or take yours to a rebuilder and have them up the amps.

Rob RX-7 How would you go about putting a GM alternator dont you need to have that little conector on the back of the alternator? That would be nice though getting 140 amps into this little car would make for a hell of a system. Any info you could provide on that will help.

you can get that connector in any auto parts store, someone

on this board put it in his car, its pretty much a bolt in thing,

just have to clock it so the mounting holes line up.

did 13base do it? it looked pretty much like a bolt in
