Hey,

I have an s5 motor in my 88 vert, but it still has the s4 ecu. My question is, is there a difference between the s4 and s5 ecu? I think the car is running a little off because of the s4 ecu. I need some insite please.

Of course the S4 and S5 ECUs are different. Seeing that you are using the S4 ECU with the S5 engine in a S4 chassis, you're most likely running the S4 harness, fuel injectors, and all associated S4 sensors. I assume you're premixing? (MOP deleted?) - I doubt that the S4 ECU is your issue.

Can you elaborate on "running a little off"? Perhaps it's a TPS issue...

the ecu is not that price your looking for a N370 aspec or N374 jspec its hard to find and aspec so i settled for jspec and as it goes for harness grab an NA harness it is cheaper and works fine that is what i did in my t2 swap.
