Ok, here's my situation. I bought an ECU on ebay and opened it.
I found that three resistors were burnd out, it so happens that the resistors are related to the bac valve, so then I whent to the junk yard to find another one. I picked up another ECU and opened it I was suprised to find that the same resistors werr burnt. My question is, what caused this and why? Could this be the problem with my idle is unstable? I changed the bac valve, adjusted the TPS, and checked the timming and nothing would solve the idle. Then I found this problem with the ECU |
^What's with your idle?

these resistors have to do with the bac valve whitch I think is my idle problem.
Sometimes it's normal other times it's very low. It won't stall or flood but i's bugging the hell out of me. |
The resistor on the Left of the arrow furthest towards the left is the one that blew on mine. That one was connected to the pressure sensor.
No matter what it goes to, its not good. At least your car will start, idle, and run. I had nothing when mine blew. Just a reason to go stand alone, or at least it was mine https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png Does the car drive fine? Boost well and everything? Good luck man |
