take the door handle off the car and see the clip fell off
the tumbler. |
how do i get the door handle off the car? i dun see screws or anything. i figured i'd have to remove the entire door panel to get to it.
and no one knows about those damn bucket lights? they are pissing me off. |
You have to remove the door panel. Not difficult at all. Like two screw and some clips.
|
when you get the door panel off you will need to use a 10mm socket
and a extension to get the 2 bolts off the door handle. You can do one with the window up, and one with the window down. what the hell is a bucket light? |
The light on the door pocket maybe?

bucket light: the light inside the lil buckets behind the seats.
i just took off the door panel...you lying mofo's there were at least 7~8 screws! took forever with out power tools. and i cant seem to get to the lock itself; the glass is blocking it. the lock is just moving around freely, i cant seem to keep it in place, should i just super glue it back? maybe some screws are loose? how is the lock supposed to be secured? thanks. i like men. menmenmen.com |
roll the window down to get to the handle, You will need to
plug in your window switch to do it. I told you that already. 2 10mm bolts and use a extension. You will need to plug in your window switch to do it. I never said how many screws were in the panel, usually there are 4 on the armrest, one on the inside handle cover, one behind the inside handle cover, then there is something like 4 more around the perimeter of the door panel, some buried in the carpeting on the bottom. |
