i just changed my spark plugs, once at 64,000 when i bought the car and now at 84,000 miles, ever since i have changed the plugs i'll start it up and then it dies 2 or 3 times until i give it some gas. ive never changed the fuel filter or the fuel pulsation damper, but none of this happend until i changed the damn spark plugs at 84,000 miles? what gives https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif

check your wires, are they new? you might have stressed them when you changed the plugs... make sure they are seated fully etc too...

my trans started whining alot then I discovered the front seal was leaking oil and thats why the trans was gettin noisy, fixed the seal and filled it up, got alot quieter after that but damage has been done already, 2nd gear syncro is worn to hell.

yeah, i bought NGK plugs, i believe thse ar wat coe in them from the factory

Yea its gotta be the wires, since that really the only thing u have messed with that cause that. NGk plugs are best for our cars. When u changed the plugs did u do them one at a time or all at once, what i mean is did u take one plug out and replace it, or did u take them all out at the same time then put all new ones in. If u took them all out at once u could have put the wrong wires on the wrong plugs.
