over the weekend I decided to do some doughnuts and goofing off in a parking lot, well my brake light went on and the horn stayed on until I let off the gas. is this some kind of sensor to warn other drivers? as for the brake light, I think it was the sensor in the reservoir. is there some way to stop this. I'd still like them to work when driving normally though so just disconnecting them is probably not the best way.

im going to maybe take a guess and say the horn stayed on because of the movement of the car was shorting a wire somewhere

check your brake fluid and see if its full, if its really low you need brake pads or have some wierd leak that has not effected the brake pedal yet

unless Mazda inserted some sensor only on your car, lots of people drive crazy and dont have thier horns blaring

a friend of mine has the same problem with his horn... basically the wire got pinched behind the steering wheel, and everytime he would time he would turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, it would short the wire, and horn would go off.

its not a sensor warn.
