Anyone got any idea if i can does that?......Aluminum size width also is it worth it to shave my flywheel and get the motor rebalanced? And i saw some really nice belts @ from Goodyear there more for industrial type applications but I thought hey if i make custom pullys i can use theses belts.....the belts are about 1.25 inch's wide and 1/16 thick a rubber/plastic compond that is super flexible and very heat resistent.....also they have v shaped teeth on the belly so i could make pullys to match...

sure its possible... unless you plan on doing all this crazy machining yourself (which would be pretty ******* hard) the cost would out weigh the function... but it would be cool

i dont know why you would bother theres plenty of people making pullies

I work at a machine shop and can get all the machining for free.....Also i can use a cnc lathe if all goes well i can make many lightweight pullys...

but those damn made in taiwan pullies and made in taiwan mufflers are soo damn cheap its not worth your while.

You should figure out the short shifters. Then figure out how to do custom 2 peice wheels with forged centres.

John at CCW is making a killing making custom wheel for race cars.

I wonder if he gets his centres and the spun aluminum part done in house. I have a feeling he subcontracts them out
