Default Help with electrical problem

PLEASE READ I know its alot sorry.
Okay a few days ago I was not getting ignition power to my adaptronic select ecu on my 87 Rx7 so with the hope of a quick fix and not being able to figure out what was wrong I just wired a new 12v source from ignition to the ecus ignition input. And it worked fine at the time .....
now I'm having different issues and I'm extremely confused. The ecu went from not having any switched ignition power to ecu & like I said before I wired in a 12v ignition wire to the ecu and drove fine for two days no problem at all.
Now all of a sudden my car doesn't turn off when I turn the ignition off, unless I pull the interior engine fuse or main fuse. Also some how drained my battery.

So I unplugged the new wire that I wired into to the ecu from ignition switch to see if my car would turn off. Because maybe it was causing back draw. And now all of a sudden the original ignition wire from ecu that didn't have any voltage two days ago, now has 12v again when I turn the key. (And again this has happened before but I did nothing an it "fixed" itself. )
But wait there's more.... now my ecu stays on constantly and is draining my Battery. And the alternator light stays on also when the ignition is off.
the only way I can get the ecu to turn off now is to pull the 30amp engine fuse in the engine bay... I'm thinking there is a short somewhere but i don't see anything anywhere and all my fuses are okay. PLEASE HELP ME if you have any idea what is going on. This car is driving me insane
