ive been there u dont really wanna mess with it..... thares alot to do.... unless u wanna just drop a jspec in there and upgrade the tranny...

mikehoops20 10-11-2002 09:32 PM

what all needs to be done, wouldnt you just need to replace the engive witha 13b turbo engine?

SoniX 10-12-2002 07:52 AM

the engine, along with the ecu, transmission, driveshaft, differential, and halfshafts, oh, and the hood, unless you are going with a front mount

Wiring harness, Gauge Cluster, Dash harness, Just buy my 87 TII instead

SoniX 10-12-2002 12:24 PM

why would you need the guage cluster? is it different between n/a and turbo?

Shane.Trammell 10-13-2002 01:42 PM

haha yeah the turbo one has boost gauge. dont do the conversion that what i was gonna do but have decided against it. you can just buy one for what you would spend on converting one. just buy a TII

SoniX 10-13-2002 06:52 PM

everyone says that, ok, if you can find me a TII anywhere withing 200 miles of my house, that will be cheaper than doing a conversion, and not be beat to crap, and ready to **** itself, then I will buy it.
