mounting a turbo on 88-90 gxl

can anyone tell me what i need to mount a turbocharger from a turbo II onto a naturally aspirated 88 gxl? what modifications would i need to make, extra parts i need to buy, everything... or simply put is it even worth it?

the stock t2 turbo wont clear the lower intake on the n/a motors so you have to make a spacer. once you do that the turbo hits the frame rail. i think it would be a lot easier, or actually the same to have a custom manifold made and use an aftermarket turbo.
