What coilovers do you recommend? Is it too much for a streetcar? I would like to race it at somepoint in it's life. Right now I'm just drifitng it. What do you guys say?

for a street car on a budget you can do the ground control conversions on regular struts, or get the k2rd coilover kits. Then just get struts of your choice.

full coilovers are really nice... avg price is $1k-$2k though

This might help! http://www.jaydm.com/tein/typeha.htm

type HA Tien's are great for the street, my friends integra has them and the ride is compliant and stiff at the same time.

The nice thing about the K2RD coil-overs are that they are steel (i think). you wont sieze up the threads or goinker them

Tein RA's.... Coilovers are spendy, but when you buy the best only have to cry once...

whiterx7 09-25-2003 06:18 PM

i have cusco coilovers and they provide one of the stiffest and smoothest rides i have ever had in a 7. definately recommended

They have 15 way damping adjustibility.

They have the build/quality and features of substantially higher priced coilovers at an excellent rate.

Regarding the effectiveness of the knob in your experiences is a different matter.
