Sometimes, when the car sits for a while with bad hydro's, the clutch master cylinder will become corroded and not allow proper operation of the "plunger" @ the firewall

Even though the slave cylinder is moving the fork could it still be the hydraulics, cuz it the pedal was sticking to the floor before I installed all the new/rebuild stuff. And the only thing that is the same is the hydraulics and the clutch fork.

I still think its the front cover on the tranny. If that T/O bearing sticks it can pop the fork rite out. Once you take it down your gonna bug on how the fork is practically held on by a coathanger/spring retainer.

Well I found the problem. Two of the bolts had backed out of the counter weight (the bolts that hold the flywheel to the counterweight). After following Racingbeats directions perfectly, I AM pissed, I have to go check to see if the counter weight is all right or if it got fucked up as well.

Well I got the stat gear bolt tight not, the flywheel is bolted to the counter weight, this time using locktite, adn 48 ftlbs. Right now I am bolting on the clutch, and when I snug (not tighten) the pressure plate bolts it makes the fingers depressed, it is very noticeable , since one of the bolts is loose. The fingers adjacent to that bolt still stick out a lot.

My current set-up is a RacingBeat Aluminum flywheel, and I think a RP performance clutch and pressure plate.

I will go take a picture to visualize what I amn trying to say.
