I had the injectors from my parts car cleaned and calibrated by a local shop. When I removed my rats nest, I installed the injectors in my car. Since I'm sure the rats nest wouldn't net an performance gains, I'm positive the injectors made a noticeable difference. There seems to be less stumbling and bucking under 3k rpm, and the revs come on smoother. It's hard to pinpoint, but it's as if the whole engine just runs much smoother. Definitely worth the $60, and $14 for seals.

Cool! I'm gonna jerk mine off, er, I mean, OUT and send them off any day now.

Lol. I should have mine cleaned. I should change my spark plugs, too.

If I had to mail mine off, I probably wouldn't have done it until it was absolutely necessary. But I actually found a place 5 minutes from my house that was really friendly and such. He said he'd let me go back in the shop (but I was in a rush), and he gave me a discount because he didn't have all the new seals necessary.

If its that good...
Might as well do it. How much would it cost w/o your discount? like 75-100? |
