I was just wondering, What ammount of work would go into swapping a stock TII to either an edlebrock style or single barrel downdrafts? and can you just run the turbo right into the mouth of the carb? I imagine just the fuel pressure and the timing control would be an issue, but those are minor. Any help welcomed, thanks!

tell that to alot of the blowthrough 12a guys lol.

my only thing is.... why? youve got a perfectly effecient fuel setup as it sits, im speaking from experience, i carb'd my old gsl-se... power gain was big, HOWEVER that was on na NA car, youve got something boosted. if your looking for gains your allready on the right path, keep the efi, get some bigger injectors, some form of fuel management and up the boost a bit more. alot easier then buying a carb, manifold, plenum and re-routing the intercooler, theres alot that comes with boostign a carb as well, you cant just got slap on a turbo onto an off the shelf holley or something, youve gotta get pressurized floats, deal with propper jetting. trust me its a hassle and not worth the effort on a t2, your gains from the carb wouldnt be worth the headache.
